  • Product Design Steps:
    • Conduct a product design feasibility evaluation. Done via FEA simulation, where a 3D model of the design is built and tested to identify any weakness.
    • Issues will be addresses. Redesigned product and tested through FEA simulation again. Repeating the process until satisfied with the final results of the simulation.
  • By doing the test before mass production, it helps to optimize our products and the production process. Products will only be manufactured after it has passed the test. This also to ensure our products meet the quality promises to our customers.



In the field of plastics engineering we are able to manufacture plastic composites to have the characteristics of wear resistance, electrical resistance and impact resistance, which can meet the performance requirements and play a role in the railway parts especially in fastening system also giving high impact resistance for Safety helmet parts.
