Before initializing product tools for any of our products, we first conduct a product design feasibility evaluation. This is mainly done via FEA (Finite Element Analysis) simulation, where a 3D model of our design is built and tested to identify any weakness areas in our product. These issues will then be addressed, the product redesigned, and tested through FEA simulation again. This process is repeated until we are satisfied with the final results of the simulation.
Doing this product design feasibility evaluation before mass production helps us optimize our products and the production process, as each product is only manufactured after it has passed the test. This also helps ensure that our products meet the quality promises we make to our customers.
